Sizing
Please note that all sizes shown with the garment are the size of the garment, not the child. Remember to leave room to move!
Payment
Payment is expected upon purchase. Purple Frangipani accepts all electronic payments through PayPal. Items paid by PayPal eChecks will not ship until PayPal clears the funds (usually this takes 4-6 days).
Shipping
Purple Frangipani ships all orders via Australia Post. Australian orders are sent via registered post. As all items are already made and ready to ship we will post your item as soon as payment is received. Shipping within Australia usually takes a few days, international items postage times vary depending upon location. If you would like express delivery please contact us about the extra cost and we will change the postage price.
Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken (please contact us about the extra cost)
Any customs duties imposed on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
What if I change my mind?
We know that buying clothes on the internet means that sometimes it doesn't quite fit the way you thought it would. We offer a 30 day money back garentee (from date of purchase). You will be responsible for returning the garment in it's original condition and we will then exchange it for a more suitable item or refund the cost of the garment (Shipping fees will not be refunded).
How secure is this site?
Purple Frangipani uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (which is the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account, and it’s quite easy to set up. PayPal accepts major credit cards, or you can pay directly from your account securely.
Wholesale and Custom orders
At the moment Purple Frangipani is not taking custom or wholesale orders. Purple Frangipani is run by a university student and so I don't have time for indivdual or large orders.
